Order
We accept major payment methods including UPI/Cards/Netbanking/Wallet as supported by our Payment Gatway Partner Razorpay.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number on our website or the courier’s website to track the status of your delivery.
No. As of now we only ship within India.
No. You can place an order as a guest. However, we recommend you to create an account to track your order and get the latest offers and discounts. If you place order as guest, your account will be created automatically and you will receive an email with your login details.
Delivery
As of now, we are offering free shipping on all orders across India.
Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, while express shipping options are available for most items and can take 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and any current service disruptions.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking information and contact the shipping carrier for updates. If you still need assistance, contact our customer support team with your order number.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.
After contacting customer support and receiving return approval, you will be given instructions on how to send back your item. Please pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your order number in the package.
Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 10 business days for us to process the return and issue a refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
